EdKnot exists because PTE preparation in India and abroad is mostly guesswork sold at coaching-centre prices. We built a platform that scores every attempt the way the test does, so a learner anywhere can prepare with the same evidence a good coach would have.
EdKnot is a PTE-first preparation platform built around one idea: every practice hour should be guided by evidence, not habit. Scored practice and complete mock tests are turned into a clear answer to the question that matters most: what should I work on next?
The platform covers PTE Academic, PTE Academic UKVI and PTE Core, with every task type of each test available to practise and a question bank of about 21,000 items. Every spoken and written answer is scored automatically on the 10–90 scale with the traits Pearson publishes, and the result links straight back to the tasks behind it.

Most PTE preparation is unfocused: learners repeat full mock tests, chase a higher overall number, and never find out which tasks are quietly costing them marks.
The overall score hides the problem. Universities and visa authorities usually set a minimum per communicative skill, so one weak skill can fail a target that the overall clears. A learner who only watches the overall keeps buying attempts without knowing which section to repair.
Generic advice makes it worse. Practise more is not a plan; practise Repeat Sentence under time for a week because your reproducing score is low is. That kind of instruction needs per-answer scores, and most preparation never produces them.

Practice starts by question type, so a weak section is drilled through the exact tasks that feed it. Each answer comes back with its trait scores, which show the pattern behind the lost marks rather than one number. A complete scored mock then checks timing and stamina under the real section clocks, and its report resets the next week of practice.

Serious students work towards a specific score and a deadline, and need to know each week whether they are on track. Repeat test-takers need to fix the exact gap that blocked the last attempt instead of sitting the same preparation again. Both get the same scored practice, mock tests and reports.
Coaching institutes use the EdKnot partner workspace to run batches, assign access and follow every student’s practice and mock results in one place, with the same automated scoring their students use at home. Students join a workspace themselves, by join code or invitation, and consent to their institute seeing their results.

We say so plainly because trust matters more than hype.
